Provides welcoming, responsive service to YMCA members, guests, and program participants. Conducts membership interviews and tours, sells memberships, supports retention, resolves concerns, maintains lobby organization, applies YMCA policies, and builds positive member and volunteer relationships. May distribute locker keys and towels and monitor locker rooms. Requires customer service or sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge, cash-handling ability, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

The Member Experience Coordinator creates a welcoming atmosphere, engages members, handles concerns, processes transactions, and maintains the Welcome Center's organization.
