The Member Experience Coordinator creates a welcoming atmosphere, engages members, handles concerns, processes transactions, and maintains the Welcome Center's organization.

Lead the Welcome Center team to create a positive member experience through member engagement, tours, and sales. Handle transactions, membership invoicing, past-due account outreach, schedule coverage, maintain lobby organization, resolve member concerns, and follow YMCA policies. Fill in operational duties and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Lead and manage YMCA youth development programs (after-school, camps, sports, mentoring). Oversee program design, scheduling, staffing, budgets, registrations, evaluation, facility coordination, community partnerships, fundraising support, marketing, and volunteer supervision to expand mission impact and ensure program quality.
