The Outdoor Education Coordinator plans, organizes, and delivers outdoor education programs, ensuring they are safe and inclusive while providing engaging experiences for YMCA members and children.

Manage daily operations of the Katz Elementary 21st Century afterschool program, including staff supervision, grant compliance and reporting, student recruitment and attendance tracking, family and school partner communication, program evaluation, and ensuring safety and training for staff and volunteers.

Provide administrative support to the branch executive including correspondence, scheduling, financial assistance coordination, room rentals, deposits, payroll paperwork, member relations, meeting minutes, and occasional supervision. Serve as manager-on-duty when assigned and ensure compliance with YMCA policies and abuse risk management.

The Sports Program Director oversees daily operations of sports programs, manages rentals, directs staff, and drives strategic growth in sports programming.
