Manage daily operations of a two-classroom preschool, ensuring alignment with Nevada Pre-K and HighScope curricula, Nevada Ready! grant compliance, licensing, budgeting, KPI tracking, staff supervision and training, parent communication, recordkeeping, and program quality.

Plan, organize, and lead outdoor education programming (Take-a-Hike, summer camp, Power Scholars). Develop lesson plans aligned with standards, ensure safety and risk management, coordinate logistics and equipment, maintain records and grant reporting, and engage participants and families. Work part-time on-site, including evenings and weekends.

Manage daily operations of a grant-funded afterschool program, supervise part-time staff, implement curriculum, maintain attendance and grant data, meet funder reporting requirements, recruit and retain students, ensure youth protection and site safety, and coordinate with school and community partners.

Support execution of marketing and communications across YMCA branches: create digital and print content, manage social media, capture and edit photos/videos, maintain brand consistency, coordinate projects and events, and compile analytics and reports to advance membership, programs, fundraising, and community engagement.
