Provides safe, nurturing childcare in the YMCA Child Watch program. Supervises children, leads age-appropriate activities, maintains a clean and safe environment, follows sign-in/out and bathroom procedures, communicates with parents, maintains equipment, participates in staff training, and reports concerns or incidents to supervisors.

Oversee daily youth and adult soccer program operations, coach and referee participants, supervise staff and volunteers, maintain fields and equipment, run concessions, support events, ensure participant safety, and deliver excellent customer service consistent with YMCA values.

Oversee and run an afterschool program at an assigned school: implement curriculum and daily lesson plans, supervise children and staff, maintain records and CACFP logs, communicate with parents and school stakeholders, train staff, and ensure program quality and safety.

Greet members and guests, answer phones, conduct tours, sell and manage memberships, resolve member issues, promote programs, maintain lobby cleanliness, and follow YMCA policies and safety procedures.

Support branch membership operations including recruiting and retaining members, scheduling and training staff, managing welcome desk and registrations, auditing membership files, handling billing/invoicing, coordinating rentals/contracts and corporate memberships, planning member events and trainings, maintaining swag/concession inventory, and performing administrative duties to meet branch goals.

Provide supervised child care in a safe, nurturing environment by leading age-appropriate activities, supervising children and program space, communicating with parents, maintaining equipment and safety procedures, and participating in staff training and YMCA programming.

Provide visionary leadership and hands-on management for day, overnight, and outdoor education programs; recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers; grow enrollment; manage budgets, operations, risk management, partnerships, and fundraising support while ensuring safety and YMCA values.

Lead outdoor education and retreat programs for K-12 and retreat guests, facilitate ropes/target sports/aquatics, supervise groups of 15-20 youth, coordinate with staff, maintain safety, obtain required certifications, and perform seasonal camp duties including hands-on environmental science instruction and youth supervision.
