Supports planning and delivery of YMCA races, outreach events, and community programs. Responsibilities include event logistics, scheduling, communications, social media content, sponsor and partner coordination, volunteer communication, supply organization, and hands-on setup and breakdown. Represents the YMCA at community events and travels weekly between locations and venues. The role also requires occasional evening and weekend work, driving a box truck, and maintaining safety certifications.

Provides front-desk service to YMCA members, guests, and program participants. Conducts facility tours, promotes and sells memberships, resolves membership concerns, supports member retention, applies YMCA policies, and maintains a clean, organized lobby. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge, customer service or sales experience, and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Processes semimonthly payroll and administers employee benefits for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees. Responsibilities include reviewing payroll changes, reconciling payroll and benefit records, maintaining Paylocity data, preparing journal entries and reports, supporting audits and year-end processing, resolving discrepancies, assisting employees, and improving payroll controls and procedures.
