Support classroom operations by planning and implementing activities, supervising children and aides, maintaining safety and ratios, communicating with parents, completing lesson plans and records, participating in center activities and trainings, and assisting the Center Director to ensure quality child care.

Supervise and support classroom activities for children, enforce YMCA and state childcare policies, ensure safety and positive behavior management, assist Center Director with programming, recordkeeping, training, and maintain classroom order and parent communication.

Lead daily operations of the before-and-after school program, supervise 4–8 staff, manage schedules and documentation, promote community engagement, assist program development and events, ensure safety and YMCA mission alignment, and support staff training and risk management.

Provide assessments and individualized recovery plans, use Motivational Interviewing, monitor client progress, deliver addiction education and relapse prevention, coordinate with clinical staff and external providers, maintain documentation, and manage caseloads to support clients in a licensed recovery house.
