Supervise and support classroom activities for children, enforce YMCA and state childcare policies, ensure safety and positive behavior management, assist Center Director with programming, recordkeeping, training, and maintain classroom order and parent communication.

Support classroom operations by planning and implementing activities, supervising children and aides, maintaining safety and ratios, communicating with parents, completing lesson plans and records, participating in center activities and trainings, and assisting the Center Director to ensure quality child care.

Provide intensive case management support to help clients maintain recovery and transition to independent living. Monitor housing program, enforce rules, oversee chores and bed checks, conduct drug/alcohol screens, respond to crises, maintain daily logs, assist Case Manager with orientations, provide transportation and supervision for approved activities, and follow safety and risk-management policies.
