Supervise and care for children in a YMCA program by maintaining safety, managing behavior, leading activities, coordinating schedules, communicating with parents, maintaining records, and following childcare regulations. Provide assessments and individualized recovery plans for residents of a licensed recovery house. Use Motivational Interviewing, teach Addiction 101 and relapse prevention, monitor progress, coordinate with clinical staff and external providers, maintain documentation, communicate with clients and families, and manage caseloads efficiently.

Supervise and run classroom activities for school-age children, ensure safety and positive behavior management, coordinate with staff and parents, maintain records and lesson plans, attend trainings, and support the Center Director to deliver quality childcare programs.
