Lead daily operations of the before-and-after school program, supervise 4–8 staff, manage schedules and documentation, promote community engagement, assist program development and events, ensure safety and YMCA mission alignment, and support staff training and risk management.

Supervise and support after-school childcare programs: ensure child safety, manage classroom behavior, assist Center Director with programming, maintain records, participate in activities and trainings, and perform light custodial duties.

Supervise classroom operations and staff, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, ensure child safety and behavior management, maintain records, communicate with parents, attend trainings, and assist the Center Director to deliver quality child care.
