Leads youth development programs at a YMCA site, mentors children and staff, oversees operations and evaluations, enforces safety and licensing requirements, builds relationships with families and school partners, supports fundraising, and assumes leadership during the Director’s absence.

Provide afterschool care and mentorship for children ages 5–12 in Tustin or Santa Ana. Lead STEM, arts, and homework activities; foster social-emotional growth; maintain a safe, welcoming environment; engage positively with children and parents; and model YMCA values. Work Monday through Friday, approximately 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Provide mentorship and supervision for children ages 5–12 in an afterschool setting. Lead STEM, arts, and homework activities; create a safe, welcoming environment; support children’s social-emotional growth; engage positively with families; and model caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Provide one-on-one or group support to children in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade. Lead STEM, arts, homework, and curriculum-aligned activities while mentoring students, supporting social-emotional growth, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and engaging positively with children, families, and parents. The role follows a Monday-Friday afternoon schedule and requires background screening and work authorization verification.

The Assistant Director will lead afterschool programs for children, ensure safety and quality of care, mentor staff, and build community relationships.

The Tailored Day Services Facilitator at YMCA supports adults with special needs by mentoring them in skill development, inclusion, and personal goals.

The One on One Afterschool Aide supports children and adults with special needs in achieving their goals through mentorship and skills development in various program sites.

Provide one-on-one support to children and adults with special needs, fostering independence, guiding through positive behavior reinforcement, and modeling core values in a childcare setting.

Assist in an afterschool program for children ages 5-12 by providing a safe environment, guiding activities, and fostering relationships with children and parents.
