Provide welcoming member service, handle inquiries/payments/check-ins, promote memberships and programs via tours and follow-up, perform clerical/data entry, assist with registrations, manage cash, and uphold YMCA values and safety.

Part-time Sports Staff prepare and maintain sports facilities, register and check in participants, officiate and score games, supervise activities for ages 3–15, promote inclusion and safety, and engage families to create positive program experiences.

Provide front-desk membership support by greeting members, handling inquiries and payments, promoting memberships and programs, conducting facility tours, performing registrations and data entry, managing cash and lobby organization, and maintaining First Aid/CPR readiness.
