Greet and assist members and guests, handle check-ins and membership inquiries, conduct tours and enroll new members, support program registration, maintain facility safety and cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting membership growth.

Support planning and delivery of teen programs, build relationships with teens and families, monitor safety, maintain records, mentor participants, assist outreach with schools/partners, collaborate with staff and volunteers, attend trainings, and promote inclusive, high-quality YMCA teen programming.

Serve as on-site Game Day Lead for youth sports: provide customer service, support coaches, set up/tear down fields, monitor safety, enforce YMCA policies, respond to incidents, and create welcoming environments for players and families during evening/weekend, seasonal programs.
