Leads strategic and daily operations for a complex YMCA aquatics department. Oversees pool safety, programming, staffing, budgets, compliance, member experience, and participation growth. Supervises and develops aquatic leaders, builds succession pipelines, analyzes operational and financial data, manages risk and certifications, and represents the YMCA in community partnerships and organizational initiatives. Evening, weekend, holiday, and early morning work may be required.

Manages and optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting YMCA membership, programs, fundraising, and community engagement. Responsibilities include email automation, social media, paid digital advertising, website updates, mobile app and SMS campaigns, analytics, dashboards, brand stewardship, event promotions, and internal marketing consultation. The role independently prioritizes projects, evaluates performance, recommends improvements, and supports occasional evening and weekend events.
