Part-time Youth Sports Representative serving as the on-site game day lead for YMCA youth sports. Responsibilities include supporting coaches, assisting with equipment setup and takedown, answering parent questions, enforcing sports and safety policies, monitoring facilities, responding to incidents, and maintaining an inclusive, positive environment for children and families.

Officiate YMCA basketball games by enforcing sports rules, maintaining safe and orderly playing environments, supporting positive interactions with players, coaches, and families, and responding to incidents. Responsibilities include game preparation, equipment setup and teardown, weather and safety monitoring, sportsmanship evaluation, reporting concerns, and completing incident documentation. The role is part-time, seasonal, and primarily scheduled on Saturdays.

The role independently prioritizes projects, evaluates performance, recommends improvements, and supports occasional evening and weekend events.
