Part-time Youth Sports Representative serving as the on-site game day lead for YMCA youth sports. Responsibilities include supporting coaches, assisting with equipment setup and takedown, answering parent questions, enforcing sports and safety policies, monitoring facilities, responding to incidents, and maintaining an inclusive, positive environment for children and families.

Officiate YMCA basketball games by enforcing sports rules, maintaining safe and orderly playing environments, supporting positive interactions with players, coaches, and families, and responding to incidents. Responsibilities include game preparation, equipment setup and teardown, weather and safety monitoring, sportsmanship evaluation, reporting concerns, and completing incident documentation. The role is part-time, seasonal, and primarily scheduled on Saturdays.

Serve as on-site Game Day Lead for youth sports: support coaches, set up/tear down fields, enforce safety and YMCA policies, respond to incidents, liaison with parents, and create an inclusive, positive experience for players and families.
