Teams at YMCA of Metropolitan Denver

Leads the YMCA’s philanthropic strategy and contributed-revenue growth across major gifts, annual giving, grants, corporate support, and capital campaigns. Oversees the Development team, budget, fundraising systems, donor stewardship, performance measurement, institutional giving, and board engagement. Personally cultivates major donors and community partners, partners with the CEO on solicitations, and represents the YMCA with philanthropic and civic stakeholders.

Serves as the primary contact for YMCA members, guests, and prospective members. Greets visitors, answers membership and program questions, conducts tours, processes enrollments and registrations, performs administrative data entry, and supports membership outreach. The role builds positive member relationships, addresses concerns, collaborates across departments, helps maintain a safe and welcoming facility, and may serve as manager on duty. Weekend, evening, holiday, CPR, and First Aid requirements apply.
