Supervise and coordinate teen programming, primarily Youth in Government activities. Lead meetings, events, and experiential learning while mentoring participants in leadership, public speaking, civic engagement, and teamwork. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment; support participant engagement and behavior; manage records and safety procedures; collaborate with families, schools, staff, volunteers, and community partners; and assist with staff and volunteer guidance, onboarding, and training.

Coordinates YMCA aquatics programming, supervises and schedules lifeguards and swim instructors, supports swim lessons and participant experience, leads safety training, enforces pool rules, maintains records, reports incidents, and helps keep the aquatic environment safe, clean, inclusive, and welcoming.
