Provides front-desk member and guest service at a YMCA, including membership sales, tours, program and swim-class registration, phone support, clerical data entry, recordkeeping, cash handling, and facility opening and closing. Maintains lobby organization, distributes equipment and towels, addresses membership concerns, explains programs, and supports a welcoming member experience. Requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
