Manage daily operations, staff, volunteers, budgets, programs, and facility upkeep for a YMCA branch. Develop member engagement, community partnerships, training, safety compliance, and reports to meet association strategic goals.

Manages YMCA public relations and internal communications, including media relations, press releases, journalist pitches, crisis communications support, intranet and website content, storytelling, and communications strategy. Coordinates media opportunities, prepares spokespeople, oversees a PR agency, measures earned-media performance, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners. The role also represents the YMCA at events and requires occasional local travel, with some scheduled evening or weekend work.
