Lead enterprise talent strategy for workforce planning, performance management, succession, leadership development, employee engagement, learning, equity, and talent analytics to build a high-performing, mission-driven workforce and advise senior leadership.

Lead and manage the grant-funded SAIL summer learning program: supervise counselors, plan and implement curriculum and enrichment, ensure compliance with program and safety requirements, maintain facility and certifications, communicate with Youth Development Director, and manage incident reporting.

Officiate youth, teen, and adult sporting events; enforce game and YMCA-specific rules; ensure participant safety; inspect equipment; report incidents; follow YMCA safety protocols; communicate professionally with coaches, players, parents, and staff. Must sign independent contractor agreement and be available nights and weekends.
