Coordinate administrative, registration, billing, and data management for a youth center. Maintain front office operations, ensure facility compliance, supervise site in directors absence, handle parent and staff communication, track tuition and reports, document incidents, request repairs, and complete required trainings and certifications.

Officiate youth, teen, and adult sporting events (baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball), enforce rules and safety, inspect equipment, report incidents, and follow YMCA policies. Maintain professionalism, supervise participants, and be available nights and weekends as an independent contractor.

Supervise and ensure safety of children and participants during sports practices, clinics, games and open play; set up, maintain, and secure equipment and facilities; open/close sites; respond to emergencies and report incidents; answer stakeholder inquiries; follow YMCA policies and safety protocols. Does not provide sports instruction.
