Serve as the front-line contact for members and guests, handling memberships, program registrations, payments, inquiries, and check-ins. Promote YMCA programs, maintain a welcoming front desk, support events, follow membership policies, protect confidential information, and complete required trainings and clearances.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the preschool: welcome families, handle communications, manage enrollment and student records, process payments, assist with scheduling, support compliance/licensing paperwork, prepare communications, and help coordinate events and staff needs.

Lead a preschool classroom delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 3–5. Supervise children and staff, document progress, ensure safety and licensing compliance, communicate with families, support staff development, and maintain health and reporting requirements.

Provide administrative, financial, payroll, and HR support including accounts payable/receivable, daily deposits, journal entries, payroll timesheet verification, onboarding and employee records management, office supplies/equipment coordination, and general administrative assistance to the Director of Administrative Services.

Lead membership growth, retention, and community engagement by managing membership operations, marketing (digital/print/social/email), the Welcome Center team, reporting, corporate/third-party billing, and collaborating with program leaders to improve member experience and performance metrics.

Lead Mentor supervises and trains paid and volunteer mentors, plans and delivers curriculum and activities, maintains grant-compliant records, builds relationships with children, families and schools, enforces safety/discipline, supports events and fundraising, and obtains required certifications (CPR/First Aid/AED/Child Abuse Prevention).

Support fundraising, marketing, community outreach, and food program administration. Create and manage social content, assist with event planning and promotion, prepare reports, track grants, and ensure CACFP/SFSP compliance and timely food program documentation. Build community partnerships and provide administrative support to strengthen YMCA presence.
