Serve as the first point of contact for YMCA members and visitors, handling sign-ups, renewals, payments, check-ins, inquiries, and member concerns. Maintain a welcoming, safe front desk environment, support programs and events, perform administrative tasks, and uphold YMCA core values while collaborating with team members.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the preschool: welcome families, handle communications, manage enrollment and student records, process payments, assist with scheduling, support compliance/licensing paperwork, prepare communications, and help coordinate events and staff needs.

Lead and supervise a group of campers and staff, plan and run recreational and educational activities, maintain safety and staff-to-camper ratios, manage records, support field trips and daily programs, enforce YMCA policies, and attend trainings to ensure a high-quality, safe camp experience.

Lead a preschool classroom delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 3–5. Supervise children and staff, document progress, ensure safety and licensing compliance, communicate with families, support staff development, and maintain health and reporting requirements.
