Execute and manage email, website, and social media content; build and deploy campaigns; monitor performance and analytics; maintain brand standards and digital assets; support conversion and user experience improvements; coordinate with marketing team and branch staff; manage multiple projects and event-time communications.

Lead and supervise after-school/childcare staff, plan and implement lesson plans and activities, engage with children and parents, maintain records and safety compliance, attend meetings/trainings, promote YMCA events and campaigns, and ensure positive member engagement.

Lead a Child Enrichment Program site: supervise 6–10 staff, provide direct care for ~60 children, write and implement lesson plans, manage parent communication and recordkeeping, ensure safety and licensing compliance, coach and evaluate staff, and promote member engagement and YMCA initiatives.
