Officiate youth flag football, soccer, and basketball games following YMCA policies; maintain safety, run pre-game coaches meetings, build relationships with participants and coaches, enforce rules, and complete assigned duties and trainings.

Greet and welcome members and guests, provide information and facility tours, process memberships and payments, maintain accurate records and security procedures, screen prospects, answer inquiries, follow opening/closing procedures, and ensure compliance with YMCA policies.

Designs, implements, and evaluates adaptive programs for children and adults with disabilities; serves as primary family contact; recruits, trains, and manages staff and volunteers; monitors attendance and outcomes; maintains records; builds community partnerships; ensures policy compliance and inclusive participant support.

Manage and deliver summer day camp and sports programs, including staff and volunteer recruitment, training, curriculum development, budget control, safety and regulatory compliance, member engagement, event coordination, payroll management, and community partnerships. Support annual fundraising and provide program data and reports.

The Teen Mentor plans and leads skill development activities for participants, maintains records, and ensures compliance with YMCA policies.

Lead and oversee the Membership Services Center: supervise, train, and coach membership associates; manage membership transactions and income-based memberships; create schedules and approve payroll in HRIS; resolve member issues; collaborate with departments and assist with hiring and onboarding while ensuring SOP compliance.

The Membership Sales Coordinator leads membership sales efforts, develops and mentors staff, oversees operations, and ensures member satisfaction by addressing concerns and achieving sales goals.

Greet members and guests, conduct membership tours, engage prospects, sell and process memberships, handle payments and basic membership software tasks, maintain facility security and records, perform outreach and follow-up, track progress toward membership goals, and comply with YGBW policies and trainings.
