Leads employee relations across multiple branches, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary review, supervisor coaching, and performance management. Owns unemployment compensation claims, appeals, and hearings; oversees I-9, child-protection clearance, accreditation, licensing, drug-testing, and labor-law compliance. Monitors employee relations and compliance trends, advises HR leadership, develops training and documentation tools, and mitigates organizational risk.

Supports Finance operations through billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, reconciliations, accounts payable, fixed asset accounting, month-end close, deposits, financial reporting, and audit support. The role maintains accurate records, resolves discrepancies, supports internal controls, and provides financial information to management. It also collaborates with program and branch staff, safeguards financial data, and contributes to continuous improvement of accounting processes.
