Teams at YMCA of Greater Brandywine

Welcomes YMCA members and guests, provides information and facility tours, processes memberships and program registrations, accepts payments, verifies member access, answers inquiries, maintains accurate records, and performs opening and closing procedures while following YMCA policies.

Leads employee relations across multiple branches, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary review, supervisor coaching, and performance management. Owns unemployment compensation claims, appeals, and hearings; oversees I-9, child-protection clearance, accreditation, licensing, drug-testing, and labor-law compliance. Monitors employee relations and compliance trends, advises HR leadership, develops training and documentation tools, and mitigates organizational risk.
