Support the Camp Director by scheduling, training, supervising, and evaluating day camp staff; implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities; maintain safety, ratios, certifications, and compliance with YMCA, ACA, Praesidium, and state standards; act as unit-level incident commander and assume leadership in director absences.

Develop, implement, and evaluate adaptive programs for children and adults with disabilities; serve as primary family contact; collaborate with senior leadership and community partners; recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers; monitor attendance and outcomes; maintain records and ensure policy compliance.

The Membership Sales Coordinator leads membership sales efforts, develops and mentors staff, oversees operations, and ensures member satisfaction by addressing concerns and achieving sales goals.
