Teams at YMCA of Greater Brandywine

Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating adaptive programs for individuals with disabilities, ensuring inclusive and supportive environments while also engaging with families and community partners.

Greet and welcome members and guests, provide information and facility tours, process and manage memberships and payments, scan and verify member access, maintain cash and records, staff the Tennis Office and Outdoor Pool stations, follow opening/closing procedures, and comply with YGBW policies and trainings.

The Sports Program Coordinator leads specialized training sessions, promotes YMCA programs, maintains program records, ensures participant safety, and manages communication with parents and staff.
