Leads specialized sports or fitness classes, provides safe and enthusiastic instruction, manages attendance and equipment, communicates with participants and parents, schedules staff, promotes YMCA programs, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and safety procedures.

Supervise children, maintain a safe and clean environment, track attendance and incident records, greet families, address parental concerns, use positive behavior-management techniques, and follow YMCA policies and procedures.

Supports Finance operations through billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, reconciliations, accounts payable, fixed asset accounting, month-end close, deposits, financial reporting, and audit support. The role maintains accurate records, resolves discrepancies, supports internal controls, and provides financial information to management. It also collaborates with program and branch staff, safeguards financial data, and contributes to continuous improvement of accounting processes.
