Lead and deliver specialized Foreverwell classes, manage program records and equipment, create staff schedules, ensure participant safety and pickup, communicate with participants and parents, promote YMCA programs, and ensure compliance with YMCA policies.

Lead, coordinate, and develop inclusive group exercise programs; teach and substitute classes; hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate instructors; manage equipment, budget, payroll, program evaluation, and wellness themes; ensure certification compliance and participate in trainings and staff meetings.

Oversee all technical operations for the Jennersville YMCA Theater Program: manage lighting, sound, scenic construction, rigging, stage operations and safety; teach and mentor youth; supervise volunteers and crews; operate and troubleshoot equipment; maintain records, budgets, and safe facilities; collaborate with staff to coordinate space and schedules.
