Lead and manage all aquatics operations including program development, staffing, safety compliance, certifications, budgeting, scheduling, and member engagement. Supervise swim instructors and lifeguards, run training and evaluations, oversee facility inspections and incident response, support fundraising and marketing, and collaborate with center leadership to meet participation and program goals.

Lead daily operations and performance of an early learning center: ensure licensing compliance, enrollment and retention, staff hiring and development, curriculum implementation, classroom quality, family engagement, risk management, budgeting, and community outreach.

Oversee aquatics operations at a YMCA center including program development, safety compliance, staffing, training, budgeting, and member engagement. Hire, schedule, and supervise swim instructors and lifeguards, ensure certifications and safety drills, manage payroll/timecards, track enrollment and finances, promote programs, and support community events and center initiatives.
