Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, frontline roles: source, screen, interview, and manage offers. Partner with hiring managers and People teams to build pipelines, ensure inclusive candidate experience, maintain ATS records, and analyze hiring metrics to improve time-to-fill and retention.

Lead daily operations of an on-site YMCA school program, supervise and develop staff, implement curriculum and schedules, ensure safety and compliance with Texas childcare licensing, build partnerships with school stakeholders, communicate with families, manage behavior and documentation, and support program events and trainings.

Lead all aquatic operations and programs, build and coach a high-performing team, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgeting and payroll, design and evaluate programs, engage members and community partners, oversee scheduling and certifications, and support fundraising and events to drive growth and quality.
