Provide in-office help-desk support for YinzCam's mobile and digital sports apps: respond to client inquiries, reproduce and troubleshoot issues (especially on game-days), proactively verify and test app content and features daily, and coordinate with Engineering and Project Management. Must monitor games/events during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Build and publish AI-driven computer vision systems for real-time sports video analysis, large-scale game analytics, and fan-facing features. Collaborate with CMU researchers, take prototypes to production, and mentor students while deploying league-wide analytics platforms.

Perform manual visual and functional QA across mobile apps, websites, and OTT platforms. Identify, reproduce, and document UI/UX issues and bugs, verify fixes, run regression tests, maintain test cases, respond to fan support reports, and collaborate with product, design, and dev teams to ensure polished releases.
