Teams at Yinghua Academy

Provides technology support for students, staff, and families; manages Google Workspace, devices, MDM systems, hardware assets, networks, NAS systems, and audiovisual equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs technology, supports school events, manages vendors and warranties, and develops automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Google Apps Script. The role also assists with information security, AI tool implementation, school supervision, and daily operations while delivering responsive customer service.

Serves as the welcoming first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. Manages phones, visitor access, student arrivals and dismissals, attendance updates, mail, deliveries, front-office workflows, and administrative support. Coordinates the weekly family newsletter and school yearbook, maintains accurate communications, follows safety and confidentiality protocols, and collaborates with staff to support smooth daily school operations.

Coordinate after-school services (aftercare, enrichment, music lessons, tutoring); manage registration, rosters, and attendance; schedule programs; train and supervise aftercare staff; ensure student safety and behavior management; maintain communications with families, instructors, and administration.
