Lead planning, execution and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) to meet revenue and ROAS targets. Manage platform relationships, budgets, product feed architecture, tracking (GA4/GTM/CAPI), and collaborate with creative to scale high‑performing UGC/video assets.

Own company-wide analytics: KPI framework, reporting cadence, BI tooling and decision-support standards. Define and prioritize the data product roadmap, translate commercial questions into scoped analytics, write clear product requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria, and lead discovery, experimentation, and stakeholder alignment to deliver self-serve analytics and ML-enabled capabilities that drive commercial impact.

Own and grow Yepoda's Sephora EU partnership: manage commercial, category, and operational topics; analyze sell-out data and forecast; drive assortment, launches, promotions, merchandising, and stock planning; build cross-functional plans and operational model; maintain strong retailer relationships and execute in-store and online presence.
