Own Yepoda’s company-wide analytics function and data product roadmap. Translate commercial questions into prioritized data products, reporting standards, and repeatable analyses. Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data engineering and analytics teams, while leading stakeholder discovery and experimentation across self-serve analytics and ML-powered capabilities. Partner with senior leaders to ensure data initiatives produce measurable commercial outcomes.

Owns Yepoda’s end-to-end customer and brand experience across online and offline touchpoints. Responsibilities include mapping customer journeys, improving unboxing and product experiences, building segmentation and personas, managing Voice of Customer programs, tracking CX and brand-health KPIs, maintaining brand consistency, mentoring junior staff, and leading cross-functional projects from concept through launch.

Lead Yepoda’s global PR and communications strategy across markets. Responsibilities include managing international PR agencies, developing messaging and brand stories, coordinating press materials and activations, tracking reach and impressions, overseeing PR budgets and KPIs, and supporting purpose-driven campaigns and retailer partnerships. The role collaborates with creative, influencer marketing, and trade marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across media, social, packaging, and retail channels.
