This position is for international workers already recruited for the out of country J1 Visa through Janus International.

Manages member billing communications, account discrepancies, payments, account records, billing items, reports, month-end closing, service charges, resort and accommodation taxes, and general office support. Provides professional assistance to members and guests, resolves billing issues with operations staff, maintains confidentiality, and supports audits. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting, CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office software.

Provides accounting and clerical support by maintaining financial records, preparing documents, assisting with accounting and finance projects, reconciling vendor statements and invoices, and entering transactions into the accounting system. This seasonal role requires at least 20 hours per week from November 2026 through April 2027 in Bozeman, Montana.
