This position is for international workers already recruited for the out of country J1 Visa through Janus International.

Handle member and guest Outdoor Pursuits inquiries and reservations via phone, email, text, and walk-ins. Manage reservation system from inquiry to confirmation, coordinate with managers and departments, promote activities, perform opening/closing duties, and maintain service standards and member privacy. Flexible hours required for seasonal winter role.

Supervise lodgekeeping staff for the winter season, ensure cleanliness of public and member areas, oversee laundry and waste removal, inspect equipment and prepare work orders, assist with scheduling, billing, training, and departmental policies, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Perform cleaning and upkeep of assigned public/common areas in accordance with Club standards; assist with laundry and resupply, conduct deep cleans, maintain equipment and inventory, report maintenance issues, and provide high-level guest service in a seasonal on-site role.

Provide warm, professional check-ins and guest service for Members and rental guests at the Village Core. Coordinate Residential Experience teams, manage reservation details, dispatch staff, handle inquiries, enforce safety procedures, and maintain high service standards during the November–April winter season.

Supervise lodgekeeping and member laundry teams; handle scheduling, payroll, ordering, training, inspections, safety/OSHA compliance, and member/guest service. Coordinate repairs, staff development, and interdepartmental communication to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.

Lead and supervise snowsports instructors, oversee hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, risk and safety on-mountain, and ensure high-quality guest instruction aligned with PSIA standards.

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the kids ski school, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and risk management. Train instructors on PSIA standards, ensure guest safety across varied terrain and weather, troubleshoot staff and member issues, and participate in required club training and events.

The Snowmaker operates snowmaking equipment, maintains snowmaking systems, and works in winter conditions to ensure quality snow production.

The Lodgekeeping Supervisor oversees cleanliness, guest services, and staff management within the Lodgekeeping department, ensuring high standards are met.

The Lodgekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public and common areas, providing guest service, and ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with Yellowstone Club standards.

Assist in kitchen operations by washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness, operating dishwashing equipment, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed.

Lodgekeepers at Yellowstone Club will clean and maintain public areas, assist with laundry, perform deep cleans, and ensure high standards of guest service.

Oversee design, construction, maintenance, safety, and daily operation of terrain parks and fun slopes. Supervise attendants, coordinate with grooming and snowmaking teams, manage equipment and supplies, ensure guest service and safety, perform metal and wood feature repairs, and make operational decisions including park closures.

Supervise daily ice rink operations and maintenance, schedule public and private skating programs, manage equipment rentals, coordinate events and lessons, ensure safety and compliance with USA Hockey and U.S. Figure Skating, handle member relations, and promote rink programming to increase engagement.

Supervise and lead lodgekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness of community buildings and common areas, enforce sanitation and safety standards, manage supplies and equipment, inspect work, create work orders, and support departmental planning and policies to ensure exceptional member and guest service.
