Provides accounting and clerical support by maintaining financial records, preparing documents, assisting with accounting and finance projects, reconciling vendor statements and invoices, and entering transactions into the accounting system. This seasonal role requires at least 20 hours per week from November 2026 through April 2027 in Bozeman, Montana.

Seasonal PGA Intern supporting Yellowstone Club’s golf operations in Big Sky, Montana. Responsibilities include overseeing outside operations attendants and caddies, scheduling and training staff, supporting tournaments and events, assisting with golf shop retail, managing golf simulator scheduling, serving as a daily starter and play monitor, and completing PGA testing. The role requires strong golf-industry knowledge, hospitality skills, customer service experience, computer proficiency, PGA Apprentice enrollment, and a valid driver’s license.

Perform cleaning and upkeep of assigned public/common areas in accordance with Club standards; assist with laundry and resupply, conduct deep cleans, maintain equipment and inventory, report maintenance issues, and provide high-level guest service in a seasonal on-site role.

Supervise lodgekeeping and member laundry teams; handle scheduling, payroll, ordering, training, inspections, safety/OSHA compliance, and member/guest service. Coordinate repairs, staff development, and interdepartmental communication to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.

The Snowmaker operates snowmaking equipment, maintains snowmaking systems, and works in winter conditions to ensure quality snow production.

Assist in kitchen operations by washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness, operating dishwashing equipment, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed.

Oversee design, construction, maintenance, safety, and daily operation of terrain parks and fun slopes. Supervise attendants, coordinate with grooming and snowmaking teams, manage equipment and supplies, ensure guest service and safety, perform metal and wood feature repairs, and make operational decisions including park closures.

Supervise daily operations of an assigned F&B outlet for the winter season: train and coach staff, ensure high food and service standards, support managers, oversee consistency and assist with catered events and special functions.

Provide outstanding guest service by managing spa reservations, answering member/guest inquiries, entering charges and client profiles, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining detailed records and a professional environment during the winter season.

Supervise spa front-desk and attendant staff for the winter season, ensure outstanding guest service, manage bookings, inventory and sanitation, support marketing and sales efforts, assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management, and maintain operational standards and safety.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations: supervise and develop staff, manage shifts and scheduling, enforce sanitation and security, handle member/guest service and complaints, maintain menu knowledge, monitor product and labor costs, and help with disciplinary actions and performance reviews to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
