This position is for international workers already recruited for the out of country J1 Visa through Janus International.

Handle member and guest Outdoor Pursuits inquiries and reservations via phone, email, text, and walk-ins. Manage reservation system from inquiry to confirmation, coordinate with managers and departments, promote activities, perform opening/closing duties, and maintain service standards and member privacy. Flexible hours required for seasonal winter role.

Supervise lodgekeeping staff for the winter season, ensure cleanliness of public and member areas, oversee laundry and waste removal, inspect equipment and prepare work orders, assist with scheduling, billing, training, and departmental policies, and deliver exceptional guest service.
