Facilitate and coach students, develop curriculum and materials, track metrics in Salesforce and LMS, manage stakeholders, oversee other facilitators, and support national/local teams to ensure student success.

Lead national facilities and real estate operations across multiple sites, managing budgets, vendor contracts, preventive maintenance, site openings, and operational KPIs. Oversee regional operations teams, drive process standardization, optimize portfolio utilization, and lead asset management and EHS initiatives. Serve as strategic partner to CEO and Board to drive data-informed decision-making and scalable financial infrastructure across multiple sites.

Lead and coach Regional Market Leaders while directly overseeing an assigned region; align regional execution with national strategy; build employer, education, and community partnerships; drive market growth, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration; represent Year Up United externally and support organizational change initiatives.

Lead enterprise internal communications and align internal messaging with external PR. Manage the PR/media agency, own internal rollout sequencing for external announcements, lead internal crisis communications, enable executives with talking points, and strengthen intranet and change communications to support organizational strategy and culture.

Lead prospect research and pipeline development for institutional and corporate giving. Build and implement research processes and systems, manage a research team, generate high-potential leads, synthesize data into actionable cultivation and solicitation strategies, support portfolio reviews, and partner with revenue leadership. Also mentor and facilitate student group sessions as part of the site team.

Lead HR systems strategy and hands-on administration for Workday and ADP Workforce Now. Own integrations, security, data governance, reporting, vendor relations, and HRIS roadmap. Partner with Technology, Payroll, Finance, and People Operations. Provide functional leadership, training, and mentorship; hybrid role requiring local commuting in Eastern/Central time zones.

Lead enterprise business development to secure large-scale internship partnerships (EOIs) with Fortune 500 companies, drive pipeline and revenue, present to C-suite, create account playbooks, mentor students, and collaborate with site teams to support internship placements and program KPIs.
