Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy and operations, partner with executives on workforce planning, build scalable recruiting programs, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, oversee employer branding, and manage and develop TA team while supporting student coaching and hybrid site engagement.

Lead national facilities and real estate operations across multiple sites, managing budgets, vendor contracts, preventive maintenance, site openings, and operational KPIs. Oversee regional operations teams, drive process standardization, optimize portfolio utilization, and lead asset management and EHS initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to plan moves and launches, report performance, mentor staff, and support community and volunteer engagement to enhance in-person student experience.

Support site operations by improving processes, managing vendors, facilities, supplies, and expense reporting (Concur). Provide administrative and project support, coordinate logistics, assist IT and Executive Director, and mentor students as part of the learning community.
