Lead design and delivery of scalable program pilots and site projects connecting Opportunity Youth to career-track jobs. Facilitate and coach students, develop curriculum and materials, track metrics in Salesforce and LMS, manage stakeholders, oversee other facilitators, and support national/local teams to ensure student success.

Lead national facilities and real estate operations across multiple sites, managing budgets, vendor contracts, preventive maintenance, site openings, and operational KPIs. Oversee regional operations teams, drive process standardization, optimize portfolio utilization, and lead asset management and EHS initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to plan moves and launches, report performance, mentor staff, and support community and volunteer engagement to enhance in-person student experience.

Lead financial strategy, planning, and operations for a blended-revenue nonprofit. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, systems transformation, controls, audits, and a high-performing finance team. Serve as strategic partner to CEO and Board to drive data-informed decision-making and scalable financial infrastructure across multiple sites.
