Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered agent implementations, from scope validation and kickoff through launch and post-launch support. Serve as the primary client contact, lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, coordinate technical and UX teams, define agent guardrails and escalation rules, report on governance and roadmaps, and mitigate integration, data quality, model dependency, and agent behavior risks.

Technically lead Yalo’s Core Services Platform by owning architecture, reliability, observability, migrations, event schemas, integrations, billing models, and cost optimization. Lead technical delivery, review designs and code, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional work, and manage incident response. Build and operate backend services using Go, Python, microservices, Kafka, GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code while leveraging AI coding agents.

Provides primary IT support for Mexico-based employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, accounts, networks, video conferencing, and business tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce. Manages onboarding and offboarding, system provisioning, documentation, knowledge management, and IT service improvements. The role also partners with business teams, supports automation, and resolves incidents within SLAs while maintaining reliable office technology and client-facing workflows.
