Lead AU commercial operational delivery by owning governance, reconciliation, and pacing cycles; build dashboards and automations (AI, no/low-code, scripts); partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and platform teams to optimize workflows, codify playbooks, and enable commercial teams.

Lead full-lifecycle M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Source and prioritize targets, build financial models and valuations, run cross-functional diligence, draft transaction documents, and support integration or separation. Produce executive- and board-ready materials, use AI tools to accelerate workstreams, and manage stakeholders and advisors from sourcing through close.

Manage end-to-end production and execution of custom advertising campaigns across Yahoo's ad products. Serve as technical/production partner to Sales, agencies, and clients; lead kick-offs, implement creative and technical setups, QA, launch, monitor performance, troubleshoot, optimize, and report. Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and collaborate cross-functionally to improve campaign delivery and creative quality.
