Leads Technology Strategy & Operations for Yahoo Central Technology, partnering with the CTO and senior leaders on strategic planning, OKRs, investments, resource allocation, business rhythms, performance reporting, and executive communications. The role builds AI-assisted operational workflows, oversees cloud and technology financial planning, improves governance and productivity measurement, translates engineering progress into board-ready narratives, and manages a high-performing Strategy & Operations team.

Leads FP&A for Yahoo’s Central Technology Organization, partnering with the CTO and engineering leaders on forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, P&L reviews, cost management, capital allocation, cloud efficiency, and technology investment ROI. Oversees technology operating and capital expenditures, develops financial projections, delivers executive insights, and advances AI-enabled analytics and predictive modeling to improve forecasting and reporting.

Leads Yahoo’s global income tax accounting operations, including consolidated and segmented tax provisions, ASC 740 disclosures, audit coordination, controls, reconciliations, and technical guidance. Manages and develops the tax accounting team while modernizing workflows through Oracle Financials, automation, and generative AI. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, External Reporting, and auditors, monitors tax law and accounting policy, and ensures accurate, timely, well-governed deliverables.
