Teams at Y.R. Gaitonde Centre for AIDS Research and Education (YRG CARE)

Manages an HIV/AIDS-focused district intervention program, coordinating with government departments, SACS, TSU, and implementing agencies. Oversees staff, project deliverables, field activities, referrals, advocacy, capacity building, reviews, data analysis, monthly reporting, and action planning. The role is based at a field office and requires frequent travel to project areas and hotspots.

Maintains clinic and office facilities, records, documents, supplies, assets, and inventory. Supports client registration, appointments, confidentiality, clinic flow, data entry, events, communications, and courier activities. Tracks and distributes HIV program commodities, maintains stock records, prepares logistics reports, and assists with stock counts and audits. Provides administrative and reception support while coordinating with clinic, finance, program, and outreach teams.

Provides end-to-end administrative and operational support, including office records, procurement, vendor coordination, travel logistics, events, petty cash, accounting documentation, correspondence, meeting scheduling, and HR administration. Coordinates across departments and external stakeholders, maintains accurate records, supports payments and reconciliations, and ensures smooth daily office operations. The role requires independent prioritization, strong organization, confidentiality, communication skills, and availability for a six-day workweek with occasional weekend support.
