Oversee organizational operations, including strategic planning, project execution, supply chain management, quality control, risk management, customer service, reporting, and team leadership. The role develops policies, manages budgets and vendors, monitors KPIs, ensures regulatory compliance, conducts audits, drives continuous improvement, and leads operational improvement projects from initiation through completion.

Drive new business and account growth for Flygt pumping solutions across municipal, water and wastewater, and hospitality sectors. Develop sales strategies, manage distributors and complex long-cycle technical-commercial processes, conduct client presentations and negotiations, provide technical support, and maintain forecasts and CRM records. Support marketing initiatives, product feedback, invoicing, and payment tracking. Travel internationally up to 50% to Central America and the Caribbean.

Provides pre- and post-sales technical support for engineered water infrastructure products and solutions. Reviews tenders, specifications, drawings, and technical submittals; supports quotations, bid packages, customer approvals, vendor coordination, and application training. Collaborates with sales, engineering, project management, customers, and distributors to develop feasible technical solutions and resolve product or application questions. Requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
