Build responsive interfaces, improve geospatial data presentation, support scripted data processing and delivery, and document workflows and technical decisions. Collaborate with teammates, take ownership of assignments, and identify application and process improvements. Preferred experience includes Python geospatial scripting, modern JavaScript tooling, web mapping technologies, and AWS.

Evaluate and validate AI-enabled GEOINT capabilities using operational electro-optical imagery datasets. Analyze how sensor limitations, environmental conditions, collection geometry, and image quality affect model performance. Develop analytic methodologies, testing frameworks, and measurable standards to assess algorithm reliability and meaningfulness for NGA accreditation and operational deployment.

Develop and enhance public-facing web applications for USGS geospatial data. Build responsive user interfaces, improve existing codebases and functionality, present geospatial information effectively, and create scripts supporting geospatial data processing and delivery. Document technical decisions and workflows while collaborating with the team and proactively improving applications and development processes.

Develop and refine multi-source GEOINT collection strategies supporting the TCPED lifecycle. Evaluate collection effectiveness, identify capability gaps, support information-need development, and align collection planning with mission objectives and phenomenology. Collaborate across NGA and the Intelligence Community, use GIMS, research emerging collection capabilities, and potentially develop training materials or apply vector data operationally.

Supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency by managing GEOINT collection workflows, large multisource mission datasets, sensor technologies, and automated collection strategies. Assesses collection metrics, synchronizes mission requirements, reduces tasking conflicts and redundancies, and collaborates with data scientists and stakeholders across NGA, the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and NRO. The role also supports GEOINT tools, training objectives, sensor capability evaluation, and operational data visualization.

Lead systems engineering for the Census Bureau GEO division: oversee cloud-native migration, manage GEOTAM workflows, maintain/improve systems frameworks, provide technical and managerial leadership, interface with senior stakeholders, and ensure financial and staffing oversight to meet technical requirements.

Support NGA mission operations by applying data science and analytics to GEOINT and intelligence data. Develop and test analytic methodologies, analyze structured and unstructured data, apply machine learning and multi‑INT techniques, and collaborate with government stakeholders to produce actionable intelligence solutions using Python and SQL.
