Lead systems engineering for the Census Bureau GEO division: oversee cloud-native migration, manage GEOTAM workflows, maintain/improve systems frameworks, provide technical and managerial leadership, interface with senior stakeholders, and ensure financial and staffing oversight to meet technical requirements.

Support NGA mission operations by applying data science and analytics to GEOINT and intelligence data. Develop and test analytic methodologies, analyze structured and unstructured data, apply machine learning and multi‑INT techniques, and collaborate with government stakeholders to produce actionable intelligence solutions using Python and SQL.
