Evaluate and validate AI-enabled GEOINT capabilities using operational electro-optical imagery datasets. Analyze how sensor limitations, environmental conditions, collection geometry, and image quality affect model performance. Develop analytic methodologies, testing frameworks, and measurable standards to assess algorithm reliability and meaningfulness for NGA accreditation and operational deployment.

Administers and maintains Esri GIS applications and ArcGIS Enterprise environments supporting USGS. Resolves Windows 11 and Windows Server issues, manages configurations and version control, applies security updates, addresses client-system vulnerabilities, and supports GIS workflows and datasets. The role requires independent remote work, strong communication, and management of multiple assignments.

Develop and enhance public-facing web applications for USGS geospatial data. Build responsive user interfaces, improve existing codebases and functionality, present geospatial information effectively, and create scripts supporting geospatial data processing and delivery. Document technical decisions and workflows while collaborating with the team and proactively improving applications and development processes.
