Coordinates IT hardware procurement, vendor relationships, international shipping, customs, inventory records, asset handoffs, returns, and secure equipment disposal. Maintains accurate stock and asset data, tracks orders and deliveries, resolves shipment issues, and reports on logistics performance and costs. The role also supports process improvements and requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics or IT management systems.

Own technical integrations and partner relationships for DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, and advertisers. Lead onboarding, troubleshoot bidding and event discrepancies, configure postbacks, investigate data using SQL and logs, create dashboards, and translate partner issues into actionable engineering tickets. Maintain integration documentation, guide partners through launches, and provide technical leadership during business reviews and production incidents.

Own the offerwall advertising experience across creative formats, platforms, and reward flows. Define VAST, HTML, MRAID, and OpenRTB Native requirements; create Figma prototypes and engineering-ready specifications; establish creative standards and QA rules; run A/B tests; analyze engagement and monetization metrics; prioritize the roadmap; and apply AI to creative generation, adaptation, localization, and workflow efficiency.
