Teams at Xsolla

Run day-to-day operations of Xsolla's Dubai office: manage supplies, facilities, vendors, budgets and invoices; support onboarding and visitors; organize events; ensure local compliance; liaise with building management, IT, and visiting teams.

Design, implement, and maintain geo-distributed network and infrastructure. Configure network equipment, manage VMware virtualization and Linux servers, monitor services, automate tasks, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure reliability.

Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (self-hosted or cloud), implement and maintain cloud infrastructure, and manage Linux, web, and application servers. Build and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform/Terragrunt), configuration management (Puppet/Ansible), CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable, scalable deployments.
