Xplor Technologies Benefits Overview

Leads marketing strategy and execution for Xplor Field Services, including demand generation, revenue marketing, digital advertising, content, social media, customer advocacy, marketing technology, and AI adoption. Owns budgets, pipeline targets, attribution, performance reporting, and cross-functional go-to-market alignment. Manages and develops the marketing team while partnering with Sales, Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and corporate marketing to drive acquisition, expansion, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Lead hands-on cybersecurity incident response across platforms and applications, including triage, investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, forensics, malware and email analysis, threat hunting, and detection engineering. Coordinate with engineering, IT, security teams, and leadership during incidents. Develop response playbooks and SOAR automation, improve MITRE ATT&CK coverage, analyze threat intelligence, and provide on-call support. The role is fully remote but requires residence in New Zealand and full regional working rights.

Lead end-to-end cybersecurity incident response, including detection, triage, investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery. Perform host and network forensics, malware and email analysis, threat hunting, and root cause analysis. Build detections, indicators, automated response workflows, and playbooks using MITRE ATT&CK. Coordinate with engineering, IT, security teams, and leadership, analyze threat intelligence, recommend mitigations, and provide on-call incident coverage.
