Own and scale paid acquisition end-to-end, driving qualified leads and revenue through Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads. Optimize funnels, attribution, CRO, and CRM integrations, manage large ad budgets, collaborate with sales, and align paid efforts with organic and AI-driven discovery.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems using bare-metal or RTOS approaches. Implement and debug communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB), peripherals (Timers, PWM, WDT), and work with Cortex-M4 and platforms like Atmel, STM, ESP32, NXP. Integrate ROS and write efficient Embedded C/C++ code for robotics and real-time applications.

Lead a small engineering team and contribute hands-on to core software development in Python. Deliver scalable solutions using strong data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and debugging skills. Work in agile teams, translate complex data into actionable insights, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across functions. Preferred background includes Tier-1 product/big-tech experience, job stability, and exposure to financial markets.

Identify and source clients for unsecured and business loans, make outbound calls, manage end-to-end loan processing with credit/operations teams, close deals, maintain client records and pipelines, and meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
