Contract role to provide Python/C++ expertise for Panda3D game development: review code, suggest improvements, analyze rendering/assets and gameplay, document decisions for AI training, and collaborate remotely in iterative feedback cycles.

Design and develop Java/Groovy applications and RESTful APIs, own AWS architecture design, implement CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows, set up monitoring with Grafana and system metrics, perform integration and API testing. Pure development role (no support). Hybrid role based in Amsterdam; candidates must be available immediately to 30 days and have 9–14 years' experience.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (vendor, service, SaaS, NDAs, licensing, leases, employment). Maintain contract repository, track renewals/obligations, support compliance and risk monitoring, assist AGM with negotiations, playbooks, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination. Provide advisory support on Indian statutes and regulated-industry contracts and liaise with external counsel.

Support end-to-end debt syndication operations across working capital, construction/project, term loans and trade finance. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs, prepare and review transaction documents, perform credit and financial statement analysis, manage deal pipeline and disbursements, support due diligence/KYC/compliance, maintain MIS and trackers, liaise with internal credit/legal/risk teams, and monitor post-disbursement covenant compliance.

Sell payment and secure ID solutions to banks, fintechs, government institutions and large corporates in Uttar Pradesh. Build pipeline, run client meetings and demos, manage end-to-end sales cycles, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and travel extensively across the state to develop customer relationships and represent the company at industry events.

Identify and source clients for unsecured and business loans, make outbound calls, manage end-to-end loan processing with credit/operations teams, close deals, maintain client records and pipelines, and meet monthly/quarterly business targets.

Provide phone and email support to international customers, resolve diverse queries and conflicts diplomatically, build rapport, multitask across calls/emails/admin, use customer service tools (Zendesk preferred), and communicate clearly in English.

Perform outbound sales and cold calling to business owners, book meetings, drive live selling and seller activation, conduct onboarding calls, maintain systems/process and data accuracy, and work APAC-aligned shift hours.

Design, engineer, and optimize water and wastewater treatment systems (STP/ETP/WTP). Perform process and hydraulic calculations, prepare PFDs/P&IDs and design reports, evaluate technologies (MBR, MBBR, UF, RO, SBR, ASP, ceramic membranes, EC, DAF), support projects from concept through commissioning, and ensure regulatory compliance and performance improvements.

Optimize website content and technical SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, monitor performance with analytics tools, build links, produce reports, and collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement recommendations.

Support business growth by researching prospects and partners, building prospect lists, conducting outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls), qualifying leads, coordinating meetings, tracking activity in spreadsheets/CRM, and assisting with pitch materials and onboarding under guidance.

Remote internship supporting end-to-end recruitment operations: sourcing candidates, validating profiles, initial screening, coordinating interviews and stakeholders, maintaining trackers and ATS records, and assisting hiring across IT and non-IT roles. Hands-on exposure to recruitment workflows, reporting, and employer outreach with performance-based incentives.

12-month apprenticeship supporting talent acquisition and recruitment operations: coordinate with referral partners, screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain trackers and documentation, assist sourcing, and support hiring workflows while receiving mentorship.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems using bare-metal or RTOS approaches. Implement and debug communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB), peripherals (Timers, PWM, WDT), and work with Cortex-M4 and platforms like Atmel, STM, ESP32, NXP. Integrate ROS and write efficient Embedded C/C++ code for robotics and real-time applications.

Lead a small engineering team and contribute hands-on to core software development in Python. Deliver scalable solutions using strong data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and debugging skills. Work in agile teams, translate complex data into actionable insights, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across functions. Preferred background includes Tier-1 product/big-tech experience, job stability, and exposure to financial markets.
