12-month apprenticeship supporting talent acquisition and recruitment operations: coordinate with referral partners, screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain trackers and documentation, assist sourcing, and support hiring workflows while receiving mentorship.

Support business growth by researching prospects and partners, building prospect lists, conducting outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls), qualifying leads, coordinating meetings, tracking activity in spreadsheets/CRM, and assisting with pitch materials and onboarding under guidance.

Perform detailed review, editing, formatting, and data extraction of Word and PDF documents. Manage tracked changes, version control, dynamic forms, digital signatures, and secure workflows for compliance-driven projects. Collaborate cross-functionally and train stakeholders while protecting confidential materials to support AI system training and client needs.
