Perform outbound sales and cold calling to business owners, book meetings, drive live selling and seller activation, conduct onboarding calls, maintain systems/process and data accuracy, and work APAC-aligned shift hours.

Provide phone and email support to international customers, resolve diverse queries and conflicts diplomatically, build rapport, multitask across calls/emails/admin, use customer service tools (Zendesk preferred), and communicate clearly in English.

Architect and deliver Java-based, cloud-native microservice solutions for the automotive/manufacturing domain. Design scalable, resilient, and observable systems using Java 11, Spring Boot, containers and orchestration, service mesh, API gateways, messaging, and distributed databases. Drive DevOps/DevSecOps practices using CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tooling. Provide hands-on technical leadership and collaborate across teams for hybrid delivery.
