Contract role to provide Python/C++ expertise for Panda3D game development: review code, suggest improvements, analyze rendering/assets and gameplay, document decisions for AI training, and collaborate remotely in iterative feedback cycles.

Design and develop Java/Groovy applications and RESTful APIs, own AWS architecture design, implement CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows, set up monitoring with Grafana and system metrics, perform integration and API testing. Pure development role (no support). Hybrid role based in Amsterdam; candidates must be available immediately to 30 days and have 9–14 years' experience.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (vendor, service, SaaS, NDAs, licensing, leases, employment). Maintain contract repository, track renewals/obligations, support compliance and risk monitoring, assist AGM with negotiations, playbooks, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination. Provide advisory support on Indian statutes and regulated-industry contracts and liaise with external counsel.
