Provides installation-support assistance across shop and mobile locations by preparing orders and parts, stocking inventory, cleaning and preparing vehicles, cutting kits, performing final inspections, laundering towels, organizing the shop, transporting vehicles, and supporting daily team tasks. Requires safe vehicle operation, customer communication, physical lifting, dexterity, and a clean driving record.

Operates slitter and rewind equipment, labels, packages, boxes, palletizes, and transfers products. Performs inventory counts, warehouse housekeeping, quality inspections, and order preparation while maintaining a safe work area. Provides internal and external customer service, mentors peers, trains new associates, and recommends process improvements. The role requires warehouse operations experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment.

Prepares vehicles through washing, chemical decontamination, clay bar treatment, polishing, and masking before applying XPEL ceramic coatings. Ensures proper coverage, curing, finish quality, and final inspection. Communicates coating benefits and maintenance requirements to customers, provides aftercare guidance, maintains shop safety and organization, and tracks detailing supplies. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, safe chemical handling, and adherence to XPEL quality standards.
