Advise the CEO, executive team, and Board; integrate HR operations across Scheurer Health and Harbor Beach; strengthen employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, retention, HR technology, analytics, and total rewards. Build a high-performing HR leadership team and establish a trusted, accountable, strategic HR function while remaining visible across multiple locations.
