Lead enterprise HR strategy and transformation for an 800-employee rural healthcare system. Advise the CEO, executive team, and Board; integrate HR operations across Scheurer Health and Harbor Beach; strengthen employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, retention, HR technology, analytics, and total rewards. Build a high-performing HR leadership team and establish a trusted, accountable, strategic HR function while remaining visible across multiple locations.

The Human Resources Manager will serve as the school’s primary HR resource, administering payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruitment administration, onboarding, compliance training, employment documentation, and HR records. The role will improve HR processes, support hiring committees and school leaders, guide performance and personnel matters, and maintain accurate employee data. This full-time, on-site position requires a collaborative, discreet, service-oriented HR professional who can build structure while supporting a mission-driven school community.

Leads the Applications and Estimating team within an engineered-to-order manufacturing organization. Develops customer-focused engineered solutions, oversees technical proposals, quotations, and project estimates, evaluates technical and commercial risk, and collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management. Drives estimating accuracy, proposal quality, and departmental performance while supporting complex applications engineering opportunities and mentoring technical staff. Periodic travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities across North America is expected.
