Oversees Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Estimating; builds scalable sales processes, forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline management; develops new business and customer relationships; directs technical proposals, estimating, pricing, and solution development; recruits and coaches commercial leaders; and partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Service, and executive leadership on growth and acquisition integration.

Leads outsourced and project-based HR service delivery across multiple client organizations. Manages client relationships, advises leaders on HR strategy and compliance, oversees HR professionals, monitors engagement performance, improves workflows and reporting, supports resource planning, and contributes to business development.
