Leads site-wide learning and development, technical training, workforce capability, competency frameworks, certification, compliance, and audit-ready training records. Develops learning strategies, budgets, curricula, and measurable capability programs; manages trainers, vendors, learning systems, and training delivery. Partners with operations, engineering, quality, EHS, and leadership to support onboarding, safety, productivity, succession readiness, continuous improvement, and statutory requirements. Coaches the training team and evaluates learning effectiveness through assessments, workplace observation, and operational performance indicators.

Supports the full employee lifecycle and daily people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, leave, employee relations, engagement, training coordination, reporting, audits, and compliance with Malaysian employment requirements. Maintains accurate HR records, responds to employee inquiries, supports managers, and contributes to people-related projects and process improvements.

Manages customer returns, repairs, replacements, and service requests from initial inquiry through resolution. Acts as the primary customer contact, coordinates investigations with Quality, Production, Applications, Operations, and Sales teams, tracks cases, maintains accurate records, and identifies process improvements. The role also supports customs-related activities, including inward and outward processing, while delivering responsive customer service and contributing to continuous improvement.
