The Mill/Turn Setup Operator sets up and operates CNC machines, performs inspections, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates to improve processes while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The Tool Crib Supervisor oversees tool crib operations, manages inventory, ensures compliance with safety, and supports production needs. They coordinate tool repair and optimize costs, while preparing performance reports.

Oversee daily office operations, facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination. Support accounting with AP/AR, invoice tracking, deposits, expense reporting, and audit documentation. Assist HR with recruiting, onboarding, recordkeeping, payroll documentation, and training. Provide administrative support to project teams by tracking deliverables, timelines, preparing reports and meeting notes, and coordinating meetings.

Perform manual and machine deburring and polishing of sheet metal parts per blueprints; countersink/tap, smooth edges, and maintain a clean work area. Read job orders/drawings, perform necessary calculations, lift up to 30 lbs, follow instructions, meet deadlines. 2-3 years' experience required; HS diploma preferred; prior CNC experience helpful.
