Support B2B sales by sourcing and qualifying leads via cold calls and outreach, maintaining CRM records, following up on marketing leads, coordinating meetings/demos, and assisting presales with proposals and outreach materials while gathering prospect feedback to improve strategies.

Manage and grow client accounts by selling cybersecurity services, upselling and cross-selling, tailoring solutions to client needs, delivering presentations and proposals, meeting sales targets, updating CRM, and staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Build and ship AI-powered automation workflows using n8n/Make/Zapier and LLM APIs. Implement prompt-engineered pipelines, RAG-based assistants, and integrations with REST APIs, webhooks, and vector databases. Clean and parse structured/unstructured data, test and document automations, and iterate with teams to replace repetitive manual processes.

Drive B2B SaaS sales for cybersecurity products: identify, pitch, and close deals; demo and onboard customers; collect feedback and coordinate with product teams to support evolving MVP and growth-stage offerings.

Build and scale core backend systems for a SaaS product: develop REST APIs and backend services, design scalable databases and business logic, implement security, logging, and performance optimizations, and contribute to system architecture.

Support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee record maintenance, organizing engagement activities, assisting payroll/benefits data collection, drafting policies, and responding to staff HR inquiries.

Manage quotations, tenders, client communication, and sales documentation. Generate sales from existing and new clients through cold calling, networking, and meetings.
