Lead and mentor the CAD team, manage CAD projects and schedules, and produce/manage technical drawings for HVAC units. Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to ensure designs meet manufacturability and departmental standards, coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement and documentation.

Establish and maintain quality systems, perform advanced inspections and process audits, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support supplier quality, and drive continuous improvement with engineering and production teams to ensure product conformance and reduce defects.

Lead multi-area manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and development goals. Manage supervisors, coordinate cross-functional resources, drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, analyze production metrics, ensure compliance with procedures, and promote employee engagement and safety.

Develop and maintain mid- to long-term production schedules for a high-mix manufacturing environment. Balance customer commitments with plant capacity, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage ECOs, identify bottlenecks using TOC, optimize flow, ensure materials and documentation readiness, drive ERP/MES integrations and automation, mentor planners, and deliver reporting and dashboards to improve schedule adherence and reduce lead time.
