Lead multi-area manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and development goals. Manage production supervisors, coordinate cross-functional resources, drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, monitor performance metrics, resolve operational issues, ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards, and support workforce planning and employee development.

Lead advanced 3D CAD modeling and produce production-ready drawings and BOMs with minimal direction. Maintain CAD libraries and standards, troubleshoot complex models, review junior designers' work, drive process improvements, coordinate project schedules, and mentor/train junior staff to ensure manufacturability and documentation accuracy.

Lead and mentor the CAD team, manage CAD projects and schedules, and produce/manage technical drawings for HVAC units. Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to ensure designs meet manufacturability and departmental standards, coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement and documentation.

Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings, basic BOMs, and work instructions using AutoCAD and SolidWorks; support manufacturing troubleshooting, mentor CAD technicians, manage workflows, and uphold file and quality standards.
