Drives pharmaceutical sales growth across an assigned neurology rare-disease territory. Builds relationships with healthcare providers and care teams, identifies underserved patients, addresses diagnosis and access barriers, and supports treatment initiation and adherence. Develops territory business plans using analytics and market insights, engages stakeholders through account-based selling, collaborates cross-functionally, maintains compliance, and travels extensively throughout the assigned geography.

Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits operations, ensuring accurate, compliant multi-state payroll processing and benefits administration. Lead a team, manage vendors, drive process improvements, oversee compliance (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA), handle audits, and partner with HR, Finance, and brokers to optimize systems, reporting, and employee experience.

Lead clinical supply chain logistics to ensure timely, compliant delivery of investigational medicinal products and ancillary supplies worldwide. Lead and run day-to-day security operations and incident response for a Microsoft-centric environment. Manage SOC/MDR partners, coach a security operations team, maintain runbooks, perform root cause analysis and threat hunting, drive incident lifecycle and KPIs, support data protection and governance, and manage third-party cybersecurity due diligence and asset inventory.

Lead and coordinate global clinical regulatory submissions (INDs, CTAs, amendments, annual reports), develop regulatory strategies, support health authority interactions, review clinical documents for compliance, manage submission timelines and archives, identify regulatory risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality regulatory deliverables for clinical development programs.

Provide executive strategic and operational leadership for combination product and device development. Oversee device engineering, cross-functional coordination (clinical, quality, regulatory, CMC, commercial), partner management, design controls, QbD, DHF and regulatory submissions, budgeting, and launch readiness to ensure programs meet milestones and compliance.

Lead reimbursement and payer-access initiatives for rare disease therapies. Develop and execute strategies to overcome access barriers, support providers and patients, manage specialty pharmacy and HUB relationships, track payer trends, train internal teams on coding/prior authorization/appeals, resolve escalated access issues, and support field teams through coaching and in-person outreach.

Design, implement, and support core infrastructure with emphasis on Microsoft 365/Azure, identity, and endpoint management. Lead identity platform, Intune/Autopilot endpoint management, enterprise SSO/SCIM, Windows server maintenance, security audits, vulnerability remediation, documentation for compliance, and automation projects. Resolve advanced incidents and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability and deliver complex technical projects.

Lead sales operations and commercial data analytics for three pharma products. Serve as CRM business lead, drive territory and sales force optimization, manage master data and external data vendors, implement data governance, and provide cross-functional analytical insights to support commercial objectives.
