Provides transactional and commercial legal advice across business units at a biopharmaceutical company. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates vendor, confidentiality, licensing, supply, consulting, clinical trial, and managed care agreements. Manages contractual and regulatory risks, supports commercial negotiations, partners with business teams and outside counsel, and assists with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and private debt matters.

Provides administrative and operational support to commercial and sales teams across multiple brands. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating new-hire onboarding, managing sales collateral and demonstration-material inventory, maintaining calendars and distribution lists, processing purchase orders, arranging meetings and logistics, preparing sales communications, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments. The role is fully onsite in Chicago, requires a bachelor’s degree and three or more years of administrative experience, and includes periodic overnight travel.

Lead and run day-to-day security operations and incident response for a Microsoft-centric environment. Manage SOC/MDR partners, coach a security operations team, maintain runbooks, perform root cause analysis and threat hunting, drive incident lifecycle and KPIs, support data protection and governance, and manage third-party cybersecurity due diligence and asset inventory.

Design, implement, and support core infrastructure with emphasis on Microsoft 365/Azure, identity, and endpoint management. Lead identity platform, Intune/Autopilot endpoint management, enterprise SSO/SCIM, Windows server maintenance, security audits, vulnerability remediation, documentation for compliance, and automation projects. Resolve advanced incidents and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability and deliver complex technical projects.
