Lead establishment and operation of a PMO for a complex infrastructure and natural-resources portfolio: create governance, master schedule, risk registers, dashboards; coordinate multi-agency stakeholders; track regulatory and planning compliance; prepare executive briefings; and translate geospatial/data inputs to support leadership decisions.

Provide GIS development, DevOps, and application support for enterprise geospatial platforms: build and maintain web GIS tools, scripts, APIs, ETL/data migrations, services, testing, documentation, and user support for federal programs.

Provide mid-to-senior GIS and geospatial support including data management, QA/QC, enterprise geodatabases, cartography, web GIS, field data workflows, scripting/automation (Python/ArcPy/FME), technical documentation, stakeholder support, and occasional travel for federal natural-resource programs.

Candidates will support or lead projects based on expertise, collaborate with departments, perform technical tasks, and provide client support.
