Performs bookkeeping and accounting activities including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Interprets financial statements, maintains accounting records using QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms, and communicates financial information clearly to customers. Own and execute full-funnel B2B growth marketing: build lead generation programs, sales enablement, partnerships, HubSpot and WordPress management, social media, funnel optimization, and campaign design to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate sales.

Drive outbound franchise partnerships by prospecting franchisors and franchisees, nurturing multi-stakeholder relationships, converting accounts to preferred/mandated vendors, managing pipelines in HubSpot, coordinating onboarding with internal teams, and shaping repeatable franchise sales playbooks while consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
