Design bicycle product graphics, color concepts, dealer kits, retail materials, event and merchandise assets, social media graphics, and broader brand materials. Prepare production-ready artwork, manage multiple projects, collaborate with global teams and vendors, incorporate feedback, and support projects from concept through production while maintaining consistent visual identity across digital, print, retail, and customer-facing channels.

Own full-cycle recruiting for X-LAB’s rapidly growing US and global teams. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, sourcing passive candidates, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, partnering with hiring leaders, improving candidate experience, representing the company at recruiting events, and reporting on hiring metrics. The role is fully onsite in Santa Monica with periodic field travel.

Field-based territory sales role responsible for establishing X-LAB’s North American dealer network in Oregon and Washington. Duties include visiting bicycle shops, prospecting through cold walk-ins, opening dealer accounts, closing initial orders, training shop staff, monitoring competitors and pricing, and maintaining territory coverage and pipeline health. Success is measured by new dealer accounts, revenue targets, active dealers, demo placements, and consistent sales activity.
