Lead non-sequential ray-trace analysis and stray light mitigation for high-energy DUV laser systems using FRED. Lead and grow an enterprise Simulation & Synthesis organization to deliver scalable, credible multi-physics modeling, V&V, uncertainty quantification, and model-to-test correlation. Establish simulation standards, workflows, data governance, and decision-support artifacts; partner with program and systems teams, integrate simulation with testing, build external collaborations, and represent the company in technical communities to support program milestones and engineering decisions.
