Participate in a 12-week onsite engineering internship developing laser-driven inertial fusion hardware and software. Responsibilities may include optical, mechanical, electrical, systems, manufacturing, controls, computational, nuclear, or plasma engineering. Interns will apply technical skills to real-world challenges, use CAD and simulation tools, collaborate with expert mentors, and support development of commercial fusion power plant systems.

Summer interns will support mechanical design, hardware development, finite element analysis, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, and related fusion hardware projects. The 12-week onsite program includes mentorship and hands-on work addressing real-world challenges across structures, mechanisms, thermal systems, optics, pulsed power, controls, simulations, and manufacturing.

A 12-week, onsite physics internship in Denver focused on laser-driven inertial fusion hardware and software. Interns may contribute to plasma physics, optical engineering, pulsed power, computational simulations, systems engineering, manufacturing, controls, or mechanical and thermal analysis. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant bachelor's, master's, or PhD program, have practical technical experience, CAD and simulation proficiency, strong communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States.
