Lead design, specification, procurement, integration, and commissioning of a high-speed adaptive optics system for laser beamlines. Define requirements, performance budgets, run trade studies, engage vendors, oversee tests and factory acceptance, integrate systems with controls and lasers, mentor staff, and grow the Adaptive Optics group with documentation and processes.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP, GL, cash management, monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, PO/AP 3-way matching, audit and tax support, and ad-hoc financial analysis to inform business operations.

Lead non-sequential ray-trace analysis and stray light mitigation for high-energy DUV laser systems using FRED. Model and validate mechanical features (baffles, beam dumps), identify hot spots and fringing, write scripts to automate simulations and data processing, and collaborate with optical, mechanical, and materials teams to meet system-level stray light requirements.
