Lead systems engineering for inertial fusion energy and defense programs: define and maintain integrated technical baseline, traceability, verification/validation frameworks, interfaces, risk assessments, and engineering knowledge management. Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions, integration, testing, and facility activation.

Lead cathode development and experimental campaigns for pulsed-power driven inertial fusion. Design, fabricate, and test emitter technologies and anode/foil structures, operate UHV systems and high-voltage pulsed power, develop/validate analytical and PIC/SPICE models, manage procurement and documentation, and integrate cathode systems into larger diode and laser architectures.

Lead development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, oversee Quality Engineering/Assurance/Control and Supplier Quality, drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions, define quality metrics, integrate quality into change control, and build a scalable quality organization to ensure product and process integrity.
